  • The existing SFB had an intense competition from commercial banks and RRB/s. While the CoF increased, the bank had to increase asset base to reduce the overall CoF
  • The management gave an overall strategic direction to increase the NTB and bring in more unorganized micro-finance customers into mainstream banking
