Business problem:
A brownfield project was initiated to convert a secondary center into a tertiary unit with multiple specialties, and populous patient flow
Solution Approach:
Medical services planning (MGPS, NCS, PTS) & co-ordination for hospital specific fit-outs
Co-ordination with MEP design team for integration of medical technology requirements
Standardization of door schedule, signage, furniture, review of RCP & services termination
Identification and quantification of ELV systems required like RFID, patient queue system
Involved throughout project cycle
Evaluate design, facility & hospital services with space & value engineering
Key Outcome and benefits:
Efficient design & compatibility with accreditation norms (JCI/ NABH)
Complete volumetric analysis with respect to statutory compliance of setback areas, fire, FSI/ FAR & height
Planning of appropriate architectural grid along with vertical circulation
Detailed conceptual designs incorporating internal furniture & equipment stack plan
Layouts conform to regulatory standards like FDA for Blood Bank & AERB for Radiology
Dedicated circulation routes for OP, IP, emergency, staff, parking, material and services
