Business problem:

  • The bank had no system for lead management , lead monitoring system for its SME, AGRI SME, AGRI CORP, WC, BL, HL & LAP products which was leading to higher TAT, low productivity, low FTR % etc.
  • The mandate was to develop a cross functional “rapid deployment” workflow for all products; until the full-fledged software solution is deployed, which will capture the end to end life cycle of a case from login to sanction, which will be used by multiple users across multiple teams as well as multiple locations


  • Solution Approach:

  • Current state process study from login to sanction to finalize the fields for data capture
  • Develop an integrated, pan India macro-based workflow user sheets and master sheets
  • Local level, Zone level & Central level MIS to be developed for tracking life cycle of all the cases
  • Defining roles & responsibilities at all stages in the workflow
  • Deploying the workflow in live environment & pilot testing of the workflow
  • Go live by deploying workflow for Pan India & providing post go live support
  • Providing coaching, hand-holding, mentoring and on call training sessions with the users
