The mandate was to undertake transformation exercise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of personal loan and business loan products across all channels: mobile app, website, aggregators, DST and DMA’s / DSA’s
Design a target operating model, workflow structure including the technical architecture and identify opportunities to plug non-value-Added activities

End to End As-is process walk through and detailed process mapping
Capture each hand off, duplicate step, manual processing step, for cycle time of activities (for effort estimation), current measurement and performance imperatives
