Premanshu is a founding Partner of SVP Partners, a management consulting firm based out of Mumbai, India. Premanshu manages client relationships, partner relationships and delivery management globally.

Premanshu has a professional experience of over 25 years,  ranging from being a Founding Director and CEO of a Management Consulting Company, Senior Advisor and Consultant for a large Indian Private Bank, in their Business Transformation and Business Excellence journey. To his credit, he was also instrumental and key member tasked with setting up the Quality and Business excellence department for Fidelity in India. Prior to this, he was the Business Unit Head for a large "Pension business", where he led a team of over 500 personnel, managing the firm's P&L for three years.

Ruchi Khanna

Ruchi has over 20 years of experience in Banking Operations and Project Management. She has been associated with two leading private sector banks in India. Her last assignment was with a leading Private Bank in North India, where she led as the Regional Head for liability operations at leading.

Ruchi also recently led a project as the Project and Process lead for a banking operations transformation. In this project, she led the project in the areas of business process engineering and process training for the staff of a leading private sector bank in India.

Ruchi’s expertise is in setting up operations shop, business process re engineering, workflow development, digital initiatives, workforce management, creating quality driven frame work, process document creation. ensuring regulation and compliance adherence, designing and developing sensitive accounts monitoring process and workflow, score cards, dashboards, Implementation of central KYC monitoring.

Hetal Vyas

Hetal is a Chartered accountant and has over 11 years of work experience in the areas of Banking and Financial  Services, ITES , Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment.

She has led projects in the areas of Business Redesign & Process Re-engineering, Operational Efficiency, Cost measurement and optimization, Risk  Based  Audits and Devising Controls and mitigation strategies.
